Warranty
Every STRUXGLASSINDIA installation comes with a written warranty. The warranty period and terms depend on the product, glass type and site conditions, and are confirmed in your quotation and handover documents.

Care & maintenance
Simple care keeps your glass and automation working for years.
Smart film & smart glass
Clean with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soapy water or a non-ammonia glass cleaner. Avoid blades, abrasive pads and harsh chemicals.
Frosted film
Wait 30 days after application before the first cleaning, then wipe gently with a soft cloth.
Automatic glass doors
Keep the floor guide and sensor area clear and book periodic servicing for busy entrances.
Sliding gates
Keep the track free of stones and debris, and service the operator periodically.
Electrical parts
Do not open transformers or controllers. Contact us for any electrical issue.
Frequently asked questions
Smart film is a self-adhesive layer applied to glass you already have, so it is ideal for upgrading existing partitions and windows. Smart glass is laminated glass with the switchable layer sealed inside, made to order for new installations and wet areas such as bathrooms.
Smart glass and smart film are frosted (private) when the power is off and clear when the power is on. Power is only used while the glass is clear, and consumption is low, typically a few watts per square metre.
